What is the Studio Series?

Launching in Fall 2025, the new Studio Series is a season of raw, unfiltered, underground, experimental, radically resourceful, stripped down/high impact productions from the University of Utah Department of Theatre. All tickets are sold under a "pay-what-you-can" model, and all profits will be used to fund future Studio Series projects.

Twelve Angry Jurors

Following the closing arguments of a murder trial, the twelve jury members must deliberate, with a guilty verdict meaning death for the accused, an inner-city teen. As they try to reach a decision, one juror casts considerable doubt on the facts of the case.

This hightened courtroom thriller puts you on the edge of your seat as it powerfully explores what it means to leave in and maintain a democracy.
